PRICING

I offer a free 30 minute initial meeting so that we can see if we would be a good fit. After this point, each session costs £50, although some discounts are available depending on individual circumstances. Sessions for university students and trainee counsellors are £40.

Couples counselling sessions are £60.

Payments can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.

LOCATION

My counselling room is in Hastings town centre - a ten minute walk from Hastings train station and with nearby parking. Please bare in mind that my counselling room is up 4 flights of stairs.

I am also a qualified and insured online/ telephone counsellor, so you can opt to have sessions from the comfort of your own home.

TIMINGS

Counselling sessions for individuals and couples are always 50 minutes long.

We can meet each other on a long-term (ongoing) or short-term basis. If you decide short-term counselling is best for you, we can come up with a set number of sessions that you feel would be right for you in your introductory session.
